Your Role and Responsibilities
Join IBM development team in Krakow as a Java Full Stack Developer to work on various components of IBM flagship product from Data & AI area focusing on the platform data sources’ connectivity capabilities.

Participate in design and development activities, perform code reviews,

Actively contribute to daily team activities:

• scrum/stand-up meetings, progress checkpoints, demo sessions,
• be able to effectively cooperate with different teams and team members across a worldwide development organization,
• participate in customer support activities resolving complex issues and providing assistance to our customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Professional experience with Java SE and/or C/C++
• Understanding of relational and/or noSQL databases
• Experience with REST APIs, JDBC, shell scripts
• Advanced in Linux and Windows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Modern front-end JavaScript-based technologies (React, Angular)
• Experience with cloud services from AWS, Azure and Google
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Understanding of cloud services and CI/CD processes
• Understanding of SaaS and microservices security aspects
• Knowledge of Apache Flight
• Understanding of Agile/scrum
• Ability to work in complex development environment with development teams spread across the world
