Your Role and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for the end-to-end recruiting experience, strategy, and execution. They are the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers across the full recruiting lifecycle, leveraging innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.

TAPs partner with the business to establish and maintain relationships as trusted advisors, providing domain subject matter expertise. They also consult with the business to deliver outcomes by leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to attract diverse, qualified, top talent.


•Responsible for the end-to-end experience and execution, recruiting for volume and common skillsets within specific business segments
•Consult, advise and align with hiring managers; attract, source, engage, screen, and assess active and passive candidates
•Personalize the candidate experience, build trust. Uncover candidate needs, convey compensation expectations, prepare and debrief interviews; influence hiring decisions
•Position, negotiate and extend the offer; close candidates
•Domain, industry or function subject matter expert
•Use data to understand and anticipate client needs and competitor landscape; create and grow diverse candidate pipelines, promote diverse candidate slates and hiring decisions



Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Stakeholder Management
•Build and foster trusting relationships with key stakeholders
•Consult, influence and partner with clients and stakeholders proactively, ensuring sourcing, attraction and selection activities align to business needs and objectives

Sourcing & Diversity
•Identify and implement creative sourcing methods, using market insights and competitor analysis to identify qualified candidates in senior and niche skills
•Design and lead diversity recruiting strategies

Pipeline Management
•Expertise in behavior-based interviews and assessments to assess the best qualified and high potential candidates

Business Acumen & Data
•Influence, building and leveraging deep domain expertise
•Develop and drive digital campaigns
•Lead market analysis and insight generation


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
– Native or Fluent Japanese language proficiency
– Business level English proficiency
– Curiosity about IT and cutting-edge technology
