Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Web Strategist on the ibm.com team, you will relentlessly optimize to deliver exceptional web experiences and drive conversion. Web Strategists leverage data, research, and expertise to build captivating and curated experiences that engage clients and accelerate growth.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop an integrated web strategy that engages the target audience and ensures business objectives are strategically aligned across the web experience. You will develop and execute on tactics that optimize traffic through to conversion.

The ideal candidate will be a proven web strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for data-driven marketing.

• Create and optimize web experiences to deliver outcomes against key business objectives.
• Collaborate across Marketing and business stakeholders to define the web strategy.
• Take the initiative to relentlessly optimize the web experience using data, research, and experimentation.
• Understand the assigned product ecosystem and user journey.
• Conduct competitive and SEO research to build and maintain sitemap.
• Set baseline performance metrics, track and report KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Be well-versed in a broad set of digital tools across web, analytics

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Web Strategist or agency equivalent
  • Hands on experience in Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Masters in marketing, advertising or design
  • 4+ years of experience as a Web Strategist or agency equivalent
