Your Role and Responsibilities

In the role of System Services Representative, you will be accountable to ensure a high level of client satisfaction with service delivery, technical support, and operational services for the clients. You will be the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of their systems support.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Technical oriented education.
Expert knowledge on Power System architecture, Operation and Operating Systems AIX and RHEL.
Expert knowledge on Power Systems Virtualization.
Excellent communications skills.
Fluent English both verbal and written.
Capability to participate on 24/7 support and delivery operation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Expert knowledge of IBMs Power and Cognitive system Platform architecture, Operation, Setup and Service Delivery.
Expert knowledge on IBMs Power and Cognitive Operating systems AIX and RHEL.
Expert knowledge and Experience on IBM Power and Cognitive Systems Virtualization.
Expert knowledge on IBMs Power and Cognitive systems High Availability configurations and setup.
Advanced knowledge on IBMs Storage Technologies and incorporation with IBMs Power Systems .
